The standard Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat currently makes 717 hp from its supercharged 6.2-liter V8, which is actually 10 hp more than when it initially debuted back in 2015 with 707 hp.
For the 2022 model year, Dodge only offers the Hellcat with an 8-speed transmission. However, there is news that an upgraded version of the 6-speed manual used in previous years will make its return for the 2023 model year.
As with other V8-powered trims, the SRT Hellcat keeps its rear-wheel-drive-only layout for 2022.

Mopar, a popular parts division for Dodge, sells a crate engine package for the Hellcat’s supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine, which includes all the parts we’ve enumerated above.
As we’ve stated, the entire crate engine package totals up to 875 lbs (397 kg) in weight. This makes the 6.2-liter Hellcat engine quite heavy, and it definitely shows in the 4,415-lb total curb weight of the Challenger Hellcat.
