This is especially impressive considering it has only been around for about 8 years, which isn’t exactly a bad thing, but it does show how much potential it has to grow even more in years to come.

The mechanics themselves, however, have decades of expertise already on their own, and we see it absolutely shine through in every car that they work on, Honda or not.

Price quotes from Urban Garage do seem generally reasonable, though certain jobs it has done in the past have been a bit pricier compared to similar locations.

You may also find that, sometimes, nobody picks up the phone. In addition, the staff can even forget to order you a part that you asked for, but we’ve seen that this still rarely happens.

T-Mac Auto Services is another reputable shop that’s known for its razor-sharp senses in detecting any hidden issues while also dealing with them as efficiently as it can.

The shop has two separate locations, but we’ve determined the Goulet St branch to be the better bargain in terms of overall customer experience and facilities.

Having 3 extra garage doors over the other location for a total of 6 makes T-Mac on 191 Goulet St, without a doubt, more spacious and better equipped to handle an influx of customers, which it does get from time to time.

But what’s a great shop without great people to keep it running, right? Gladly, you’re not getting any shortage of that owing to its professional and honest mechanics, who do their utmost best in delivering quality service every day of the year.

Despite going through rough patches in its earlier years with overpriced items and rude staff members, we’re happy to see how well it turned itself around to achieve the consistent quality of service it has today.

Whether it’s with tire replacements, oil changes, or more complicated mechanical wizardry, T-Mac’s team doesn’t rely on just guesswork but strives for the customer’s peace of mind once they finally leave the shop.

Taking a look at a shop the size of J Max Collision & Glass already gave us a pretty good feeling that we’ll be receiving the “premium” treatment.

With towering windows, a big comfortable lobby area, and service bays with enough room to store everyone and their mom’s dream cars, this place is the easiest 10/10 in “Facilities and Equipment” we’ve ever given.

As for the people actually working in this establishment, they’re just about the perfect pairing for the place with how accommodating and attentive they are to each and every customer.

We’re delighted at how well the staff members handle any situation, especially with dissatisfied customers. Their ability to gently display an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction is something that any kind of business can benefit from.

This extends to even the pros that do all the dirty work out back. Simply put, if you want your dented or scratched car to look better than it did when you bought it, this is the place to be.

Having said all of that, no place is truly perfect, and this shop happens to struggle sometimes with properly communicating over the phone, which can be non-existent.

Aside from that, it also had issues in the past with putting tasks on the back burner for too long, and while prices are pretty reasonable on average, certain labor fees can amount to more than expected.

We should also point out that Winter’s Auto not only has one, but two impressively large facilities that literally just sit across the road from each other.

In short, this is sort of like a 2-in-1 review, and we think both “Winter’s Auto Service” and “Winter’s Collision Repair” do a generally fantastic job carrying out their list of services for any car model.

Just bear in mind that its collision repair service team does tend to get busier compared to its auto service team, so we can’t guarantee that you’ll have zero issues with communicating with them or having things done on the dot.

The entire business is over 60 years old at this point, making it a household name among motorists in the area who have had the chance to experience its warm welcome and superb but fairly priced services.

Although this isn’t something car-related, it’s endearing to see this family business also commit itself to regularly donating to places like the Children’s Hospital of Winnipeg PICU, further bringing to light the kind of individuals caring for you and your ride.

Despite what its name suggests, Maxim Muffler & Auto is highly competent in a lot more than just tinkering with mufflers and pipes all day, and here are the reasons why.

The shop alone has 7 separate service bays, which highly works in favor of a business that’s this popular with the locals.

Checking out its long list of services on its website already allows Maxim to flex how much automotive prowess it has, and it’s quite a bonus that it’s also certified to do different kinds of inspections.

Its team of mechanics is also very thorough in both the diagnosis and repair process. But we also noticed a downside to this in that the repair bill can get inflated more than is expected by some customers.

This isn’t to say that the shop inherently overcharges when it can, but it does still somewhat affect its trustworthiness when it comes to the bigger repairs, especially when other shops seem to quote less than it.

However, we do believe Maxim still presents great convenience because of its efficient repair jobs, availability of courtesy vehicles, and the fact that it’s also open on Saturdays unlike any of the other shops on this list.
